Adrien Lanusse is Vice President of Global Consumer Insights at Netflix, leading user-experience research. During his time at Netflix, the company has transformed from a domestic DVD-rental firm to a global streaming-entertainment provider. He focuses on bringing a deep understanding of the consumer to decision-making that improves the Netflix experience for customers worldwide. Before joining Netflix in 2010, Adrien was head of Intercultural Insights at Cheskin Added Value, a WPP consultancy where he focused on developing multicultural business strategies for Fortune 100 firms.
Adrien received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BSC in Marketing and International Business from Santa Clara University. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
