Michelle is veteran of the advertising industry, having worked for clients including Motorola, Altoids, Unilever, Starbucks, adidas, and Allstate before joining the Peter Mayer Advertising team a year ago to lead the strategy disciplines. She has also led strategic planning at agencies like Ogilvy Chicago and Leo Burnett. Her global strategic work on Dove yielded the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which was recently named the top ad campaign of the 21st century in Ad Age. Michelle frequently speaks about advertising at universities and industry events, and has edited two books on the Baby Boomer generation. She holds a BS, MPH, and MBA, all from Northwestern University.
