ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Join us Thursday, March 27th and Friday, March 28th at Loyola University New Orleans for the NOEW Summit, two-days of dynamic panels, high-impact networking, and the resources you need to take your next big step.

Get the details you need—maps, accessibility info, and more—to make the most of your NOEW experience.

GETTING TO THE SUMMIT

We strongly encourage attendees to plan ahead and consider alternative transportation options, as parking and traffic around Loyola University may be challenging during the event. Ongoing construction projects along Broadway St. and Calhoun St. (from Freret St. to St. Charles Ave.), and in the surrounding area will impact traffic flow. Choosing alternate transportation will help keep things moving smoothly for everyone.

Marquette Horseshoe (on St. Charles Avenue) located at 6363 St. Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118 is the best entrance to access to NOEW Summit events regardless of what transportation you are taking.

Ride Shares & Taxis: Uber, Lyft, and other ride services should drop off passengers at the Marquette Horseshoe (on St. Charles Avenue) located at 6363 St. Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118 for the best access to NOEW Summit events.

Bike: Bike racks are available throughout campus for easy and secure parking.

Walk: Whether you are walking from your surrounding neighborhood or coming from the New Orleans Book Festival at Tulane University, the best walkable entrance point to the NOEW Summit is Marquette Horseshoe.

Public Transit: Loyola University is easily accessible via multiple RTA bus routes and the St. Charles Streetcar Line (green cars). The 6363 St. Charles Ave location is directly along the St. Charles Streetcar route, making it a convenient stop for attendees. The RTA 57-Franklin-Freret bus also stops nearby. Use the RTA Plan My Trip tool or visit the RTA website for real-time route updates.
Please note that Freret Street Fest on Saturday, March 29 may cause temporary service adjustments—check the RTA website for the latest information.

Limited On-Campus Parking: With limited parking available on campus, we highly encourage attendees to use alternate transportation options.
